“Putting SMILES on the faces of Inmates, Orphans, and Patients”

Over the years, we built a consistent and compassionate track record of service to vulnerable communities across Ghana, reaching orphanages, correctional facilities, and healthcare institutions with purposeful interventions. Through visits and support initiatives at centers such as Weija Leprosarium and Saviour Orphanage, the programme has provided care, donations, and emotional support to children and marginalized individuals. Its prison outreach has extended to facilities including James Camp Prison, Nsawam Medium Security Prison, and Senior Correctional Centre (Borstal Home), where inmates have benefited from mentorship, engagement, and rehabilitation-focused activities. In the health sector, we also reached patients and healthcare workers at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and Aflao Municipal Hospital, delivering relief items and encouragement to those in recovery. Across these engagements, our mission is to put SMILES on the faces of those who needed it the most.
