SMILE is a Trimonde social impact programme dedicated to putting smiles on the faces of vulnerable and underserved populations. The initiative is rooted in compassion, dignity, and hope, and is designed to positively transform lives in Hospitals, Orphanages, and Prisons through targeted interventions. At its core, SMILE exists to remind every beneficiary that they are seen, valued, and supported, regardless of their circumstances.
